Certificate or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or Quantity Surveying.
Five years at manager level or two years at executive level in a related field; thorough understanding of construction-industry quality-management systems.
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
